When I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now
on each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same comment.
Is there a means you are able to remove me from
that service? Cheers!

Maybe you have considered regarding which includes a bit more than just your site content? I am talking about, what you think are useful and all.
